چکیده
Bu araştırmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin otantik liderlik özellikleri ve öğretmenlerin bu sergileyebilme içselleştirebilme durumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. amaca yönelik olarak çalışma grubu, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Balıkesir iline bağlı Bandırma ilçesindeki ilkokul yöneticileri belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmış, alınan izinler doğrultusunda okul ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak amacıyla uzman görüşleri alınarak hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış gözlem formu kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmış MAXQDA 2022 paket programı kullanılarak içerik analizi tekniği incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan bulgulara göre özelliklerine yüksek seviyede sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Okul yöneticilerine en çok olduğu bileşeninin ilişkisel şeffaflık olduğu, öğretmenlerinden bekledikleri özelliklerinin öz farkındalık denetim olmalarının eğitimi toplumu olumlu yönde etkileyeceği
